• Report Card Generation: Auto-generated report cards with school branding
• Conduct Tracking: Merit/demerit system for student behavior
• Financial Management: Wallet system, payments, and invoicing
• Parent & Student Portal: Access to results, timetables, and updates

3. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account
• The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Users must notify the Platform immediately of any unauthorized use of their account

4. School Registration

• Schools must provide accurate information during registration
• Schools are responsible for all activities conducted under their account
• Schools must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction
• Schools are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system
• Schools must ensure they have the right to use student and staff data

5. Data Privacy

• All user data is protected according to our Privacy Policy
• Schools own their data and can export it at any time
• The Platform implements industry-standard security measures
• Data is backed up regularly to prevent loss
• We do not share user data with third parties without consent
• Data is stored in compliance with international data protection standards

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan
• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes in your jurisdiction

9. Termination

• The Platform may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, access to the Platform will be removed
• Users may export their data before account termination
• Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination
